All our dogs are health checked by our vet, treated against fleas and worms, vaccinated, microchipped and are neutered, or come with a voucher for same. Four weeks free insurance from Pet Plan is included in the adoption fee.
We do carry out home checks before re-homing any dogs. If a home check is not possible by ourselves due to distance, or through another rescue representative, we may be able to accept a reference from a veterinary practice.

Dogs looking for new forever homes.
MERLIN
Merlin is a male Collie cross, about 14 months old. He came into our care as his owners had to return to full time work. He is extremely friendly with people (he came from a home with young children) and he gets on well with other dogs. He may benefit from some more basic lead training as he had not been used to walking on the lead and we think he will make an ideal family pet.

SPARKY
Sparky is a male Jack Russell cross SBT, about 1 year old. He has the rough coat of a JRT, mainly white with brindle patches. He was found as a stray and due to be put to sleep before we took him in.
Sparky is very friendly and fussy, good with adults and children. He has a mixed reaction to other dogs, most dogs he is very good with but can take a dislike to the odd one. Although he has shared a home with a number of other dogs and has been OK with them, we feel he may be best as an only dog in the home.

Can you give Sparky a new start in a loving home?
DUDE
Dude is a male Staffordshire Bull Terrier around 2 years old, with lovely red and white markings. He is very friendly with adults and children and although is good with other dogs, if introduced with care, we think he may be best as an only dog. He is, however, an escape artist and will need a home with a secure enclosed garden and a 6' + fence. Advice will be given to any prospective owner.

Tammy is a female Jack Russell cross, 12-18 months old and long legged. She is very friendly with people & other dogs. She is an unclaimed stray and was due to be put to sleep before we took her from the pound.
